Ok, let's start:

01) File / New / 1024 x 400 px / transparent

flood fill your picture with this gradient:

Information:

if you use an other tube, colorize it with:

Effects / Plugins / Flaming Pear / Kyoto Color:

02) Layers / Duplicate

make the bottom layer invisible

activate the top layer

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask From Disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

03) Effects / Distortion Effects / Wave:

Effects / Distortion Effects / Warp:

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

04) Image / Flip

Effects / Plugins / Texture / Texturizer:

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask From Disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

make the bottom layer visible again

05) activate the bottom layer

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask From Disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Image / Canvas Size:

activate the top layer

06) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the layer with this colour: #ffc3c0

Layers / Arrange / Send to bottom

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

07) open the tube: Marif_2006_septembre_misted_decor055.pspimage

Image / Resize: 400 px height

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

08) set your FGC & BGC to: #ffc3c0

activate your text tool:

write your letter/-s
