change your FGC to this gradient (rar file):
 

Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur:

02) open the image: pont_01.jpg

if you use your own picture, resize the picture to 600 x 525 px

Edit / Copy
close the picture again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

change the blend mode of this layer to: Hard Light

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the layer with this gradient:

open the tube: PmsTemp124.psp

back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

close the tube:  PmsTemp124.psp
we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
colour: #361b04

04) Layers / New Raster Layer

set your FGC to this gradient:
 

open the file: eyecandeemusic 001.PspBrush

File / Export / Custom Brush:

Ok

close the file: eyecandeemusic 001.PspBrush
back to your picture

activate your paint brush tool: select: eyecandeemusic 001

apply the brush with your gradient in the centre of your picture

should look like this now:

place it in the lower, left corner:

05) open the file: partition.PspBrush

File / Export / Custom Brush: name it: partition
close this file again
back to your picture

Layers / New Raster Layer

activate your paint brush tool: select: partition

apply the brush with your gradient in the centre of your picture

Image / Rotate / Free Rotate:

place it in the upper, left corner:

Layers / Arrange / Move Down

Edit / Repeat Move Layer Down

change the blend mode of this layer to: Hard Light

06) activate the top layer

open the tube: jazz.psp

Edit / Copy
close the picture again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

move it to the right side

07) Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: #361b04
