2. File / New / 350 x 350 px / Transparent
flood fill with your gradient

3. Layers / New Raster Layer

4. Selections / Load/Save Selections / Load Selections from disk:
find: tut_colette_01

5. Selections / Invert

6. Selections / Modify / Contract: 10 px
flood fill the selection with your gradient

But: Angle to: 45!!!

7. Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

Vertical & Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 100
Blur: 10
Colour: your dark colour

8. Selections / Modify / Contract: 10 px

9. Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the selection with your gradient

But: Angle to: 135!!!

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
Vertical & Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 100
Blur: 10
Colour: your dark colour

10. Selections / Modify / Contract: 10 px

Drop Shadow (same settings)

Selections / Select None

11. Activate the tube: MarieL2006fev_coloured02t,

Edit / Copy

go back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as New Layer
move it to the left side

12. Layers / New Raster Layer

13. Selections / Load/Save Selections / Load Selections from disk:
find: tut_colette_01

14. flood fill the selection with your dark BGC

15. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:

Selections / Select none

16. Open the tube: MarieL_2006fev_coloured01t
resize it to: Height: 350 px

17. Copy the tube

go back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as New Layer
move it to the right side

18. Effects / 3D Effects /Drop shadow:
Vertical: -5 / Horizontal: 0 / Opacity: 100
Blur: 1 / Colour: your dark colour

19. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric: 1 px / dark colour

20. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric: 10 px / light colour

21. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric: 1 px / dark colour

22. take your Magic wand tool
select the light border

23. Effects / Distortions Effects / Pixel ate:
Block width & Block height: 20 / Symmetric: checked

24. Selections / Select all
Selection / Modify / Contract: 10 px

Drop Shadow same settings:
Vertical & Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 100
Blur: 10
Colour: your dark colour

25. Selections / Select none

Add your watermark and name
File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
