01) install the program Sqirlz Water Reflections (ndon't
install it into your Plugin folder - this is no plugin!!!!)
02) save the file: nanette36.msk into your Maskfolder of PSP

Ok, let's start:
01) change your FGC to: #738A96
and your BGC to: #ECE9D8
open the picture: background.jpg
Window / Duplicate
close the original
back to your copy
02) Layers / New Raster Layer
flood fill this layer with your BGC: #ECE9D8
Layers / Load/Save
Mask / Load Mask from Disk:
mask layer is
activated:
Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance
Edit / Repeat Enhance
Layers / Merge / Merge Group
03) Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Layers / Duplicate
Selections / Select all
Selections / Modify / Contract: 33 px
Selections / Invert
Effects / Plugins
/ Flaming Pear / Flood:
colour: #738A96
change the opacity of this layer to: 55
Deselect
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
04) open the tube: Mia35.pspimage
Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
Effects / Plugins /
Xero / Porcelain:
move it like me here:
Image / Add borders / 4 px / FGC: #738A96
activate your magic
wand and select the border:
Effects / Plugins / I.C.Net Software / Filters Unlimited 2.0:
Buttons & Frames / 3D Glass Frame 1
Deselect
05) add your watermark and name in the upper area of your picture
File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
close your PSP
06) open your Program: Sqirlz Water Reflections
File / Open / find
your picture:
Outline / Begin
draw up a selection like me here:
Animate / Period
click here: 
or: if you have an older version:
close this window
go to: gif
OK
give it a name
Ok
close the program
07) open your Animation Shop
File / Open / your gif
Edit / Select all
Animation / Cull animation:
08) once again:
Edit / Select all
Animation / Cull animation:
Edit / Select all
Animation Frame Properties: 20
save as... *.gif again
You are done!
